You can change the logo height in Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation > Logo Max Height. Note that this is not a total height, it’s a maximum height, means the logo can still display with a smaller height / size. This is often the case for logo which are very wide and a small height. Also try to avoid logos with whitespace around, this will cause the logo to display even smaller.
